Martial Combari, Finance Committee Chair

Martial Combari, based in New York, is the Director of Project Finance at Pine Gates Renewables, where he leads the structuring and execution of tax equity debt and capital raises within the U.S. solar and storage sector. At Metrus Energy, he executed C&I Energy efficient Project Finance deals, driving both organic and M&A revenue growth and managing portfolio risk. Martial's experience also includes roles at Nuveen Investments, where he managed significant private placements and project finance debt, and Wells Fargo, where he began his career. He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and an esteemed 2021 fellow at The Economic Club of New York. He contributes to various advisory boards and is committed to fostering economic and business development. Martial holds an MBA from Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, and a BBA in Marketing and Economics from Baruch College.
