WilL Myer, Board Member

Will Myer is a leading corporate attorney at WilmerHale who specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and financing transactions. Companies he advises operate in a wide variety of industries, including private equity, biotechnology, real estate and defense. Will maintains an active pro bono legal practice and served as counsel to Action in Africa from 2018 to 2024 before transitioning to Action in Africa’s Board of Directors. Will is thrilled for the opportunity to continue to support the Action in Africa team as a board member.

Outside of work, Will is an active member of his community and proud volunteer and supporter of Angel Eyes Child Loss Grief Support, the First Tee of Denver, and the University of Colorado Law School. Will lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife, Beth, and their son.
