Aisha Nabbosa, Operations Aide

Aisha joined the AIA team as a Primary Partnership Program Aide in 2018 after serving as a matron at one of the primary schools in AIA’s partnership program. She is also a member of the Women to Women program. In her role as PPP Aide, Aisha supports the PPP school staff in cleaning, washing, and offering support with meals. Beyond this work, Aisha works to foster meaningful relationships with all the children of the Nakuadde community and assists with duties at The Center including organizing visitors’ belongings and providing adult supervision while children are at The Center. Her favorite part of working at AIA is the interactions she is able to have with children in the community.

Aisha attended school through Senior 3 and previously worked as a cleaner at a school. She is driven by the ability to ensure her children have a bright future and outside of work, Aisha enjoys spending time with her family.
