Introducing Action in Africa's Primary Partnership Program!

View this email in your browser Welcome to Action in Africa's Primary Partnership Program Hello Action in Africa family! For the month of February, we are doing a weekly newsletter to highlight one of our favorite programs at The Center, the Primary Partnership Program.  Immediately following the opening of The Center, we were approached by various schools and teachers from Nakuwadde who hoped to use the space for their classes and students. Today we have four different primary schools enrolled in the Primary Partnership Program. We host these four schools and let them use our classrooms and open spaces for interactive sessions including debates, spelling bees, creative writing, storytelling, drama, art, music, yoga, PE and so much more.   The vision for this program is to offer schools in our community programs that complement what is being taught in their classrooms. While at The Center, each student has access to clean drinking water, a nutritious snack and a professional facilitator all while being in a colorful and positive environment. What Do the Teachers and Students Have to Say?   “I'm grateful to you for the partnership and I request that the pupils are taught more about the need to share with the needy in their community. They should also be involved in some generous activities so that they learn to share and not only benefit. From the breakfast offering to the creative and unique programs to how graduating primary students can then join our high school scholarship program, there is a lot happening with just this one program.
