Meet Johnny DeBrito, a proud New Bedford Massachusetts native with rich roots in the West African Islands of Cabo Verde. Armed with a Hospitality & Tourism Management degree from UMass Amherst, he's embarked on a dynamic 13-year journey, weaving his expertise through the vibrant cities of Miami, Boston, New York, and Los Angeles. Along the way, Johnny has worked at esteemed establishments like the Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ralph Lauren, and Proper Hospitality, where his knack for fostering relationships and delivering exceptional service truly shined.

Recently, Johnny has found himself embracing the Rocky Mountain charm in Denver. He has taken all of his professional experiences and as a Global Real Estate Advisor at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. Beyond his professional pursuits, Johnny's heart beats for culture, education, wellness, and family. He's laced up his sneakers for two NYC Marathons, all in the name of charity. Now, he's bubbling with excitement to infuse the Action in Africa Board of Directors with his talents, passion, and boundless energy.
