Nav Gupta, Board Member

Nav Gupta is a Principal at Blue Owl Capital, an alternative asset manager based in New York.  Before joining Blue Owl, Nav was a Vice President in the Asset Management division of Goldman Sachs.  Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Medley Management Inc., a credit-focused asset management firm.  Nav began his career as an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

Outside of work, Nav enjoys working with organizations focused on giving back to the community.  In addition to serving on the Board of Action in Africa, he is also on the board of Amanda + James, an arts-focused nonprofit in New York.  Nav, along with his brother Arnav and sister-in-law Jeanne, co-founded the Bachan Singh Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting educational initiatives in underprivileged areas, including underdeveloped countries.  Nav also works with iMentor, an organization that builds mentoring relationships that empower first-generation students to graduate high school, succeed in college and career, and achieve their ambitions.

Nav received his JD from Harvard University and holds a BBA and BA in Finance and Political Science, respectively, summa cum laude, from Emory University.
